Most Lagos venues hand you four concrete walls and leave the rest to your decorator. Stadplus is a purpose-built marquee: an open floor with a draped canopy overhead, so the ceiling is already part of the design before anyone hangs a thing.
It sits inside the Alausa CBD, minutes from the Secretariat, with the whole Ikeja mainland feeding into it.
